A space to explore, heal, and grow.
I believe that every person has the capacity for self-understanding, transformation, and fulfillment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, loss, identity, relationships, or a sense of disconnection, therapy offers a safe and compassionate environment to reconnect with yourself and your inner strength.
What Is Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy?
Humanistic and integrative psychotherapy places you at the centre of the process.
There’s no single path to healing — instead, I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. You are more than your symptoms; therapy is a collaboration that honours your individuality, values, and experience.
Our work together might explore:
How your past shapes your present.
Patterns in your thoughts and relationships.
Developing self-compassion and inner resilience.
The integrative approach draws from humanistic, psychodynamic, relational, and body-based therapies to support growth on mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
How Therapy Can Help
Clients come to therapy seeking:
Relief from anxiety, depression, or overwhelm.
Greater self-acceptance and clarity.
Healing from trauma or loss.
Meaningful relationships and boundaries.
Support through times of transition or uncertainty.
Therapy can help you understand what you need, make sense of your experiences, and cultivate a more authentic and empowered life.
Working Together
Our sessions are collaborative, confidential, and guided by empathy, warmth, and respect. My role is to accompany you — not to judge or diagnose, but to listen deeply and help you find your own way forward.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
Begin Your Journey
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage.
If you’re ready to begin, let’s talk. You'll find details of how to get in touch on my contact page.
